LETTER OF INVITATION FOR VISA
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the WCLC 2013 Conference in Sydney, Australia will be issued ONLY after a completed Registration Form and full payment have been received.
Please contact our registration department at wclc2013-registration@icsevents.com once you are registered and registration fees have been paid if you require a Letter of Invitation. Letters of Invitations will not be issued to parties who are not registered and/or paid in full.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations received in writing at the WCLC Registration Secretariat's address by September 13, 2013 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $150 AUD administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after Friday, September 13, 2013 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted. This can be done by re-accessing your registration using the link on your confirmation letter. Transfer of registration onsite will incur a fee of $75 AUD (plus 10% GST). No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
In the unlikely event that the 15th World Conference on Lung Cancer is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
HOW TO REGISTER
1. Online Registration & Accommodation Booking
At any time you can re-access your registration and add or cancel tickets for Social Events, MTE Sessions etc. to your registration. If you would like to add a hotel reservation to your registration or cancel your registration completely, please contact wclc2013-registration@icsevents.com.
REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), company cheque, bank draft, money order or bank transfer.

- Payments by Visa or Mastercard are possible
- Charges will appear as 'International Conference Services Ltd.' on your credit card statement and will be converted to your currency
- If the card holder's name is different from the registered delegate's name, you are required to provide a Credit Card Authorization Form completed by the card holder along with a copy of the front and back of the credit card. Click here to download the Credit Card Authorization Form.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in WCLC 2013 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IASLC's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
ITALIAN TRAVEL AGENCY
Alijet & Fargo International has been appointed as the company to collect all applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and file them with the Italian Ministry of Health to obtain a preventive approval for Italian physicians to attend the 15th World Conference on Lung Cancer.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
The 15th World Conference on Lung Cancer will be a great time and an exciting opportunity for all interested in lung cancer. To make the Conference a great success we depend on local assistance from approximately 60 – 80 students or other volunteers with good English language skills.
Volunteers for the 15th World Conference on Lung Cancer will be the first contact for many of the attendees. Their critical role will be to welcome foreign participants and to foster a spirit of helpfulness and hospitality.

In return for volunteer services the WCLC gladly offers the following benefits:
- Complimentary food & beverage during volunteer shifts, including evening social events
- Complimentary admission for students to the day’s sessions, if not already registered for the Conference
- A Certificate of Participation
- Reimbursement of onsite expenses (taxi, bus, parking ticket, etc.)
You are required to:
- Commit to at least one 7 hour shift on two consecutive days (total of 14 hours)
- Agree to wear black shoes, pants/skirt and a Volunteer T-Shirt (Shirt provided by the Conference)
- Speak fluent English
- Attend a mandatory training session on Saturday, October 26 (not applicable if you sign up for the Conference Bag preparation on October 23 + 24 only)
